Operating hours on Eve of Chinese New Year,
30 Jan 2014 (Thursday) will operate from 8:45am till 12pm.
We will close on 3 Feb 2014 (Monday).
Business will resume on 4 Feb 2014 (Tuesday).

This service drop off point will be integrated back to the Acer Main Service Centre located at International Business Park (address as above) from 19 August 2013.

Types of services provided
We have engineers at the counter to check the problem and if it is a minor issue, they will fix it on the spot (exclude extended hours on Wednesday and Saturday). Otherwise, it will be logged in for in-house repair with further diagnosis. You could also send in your system without testing (verification) to be done on the spot. When you arrive at the service centre, pick a Q ticket. The last Q ticket for repair will be issued 1 hour before the Service Centre closing time for normal business hours (exclude extended hours on Wednesday and Saturday).

There are 2 queues to choose from namely :

1. Repair (with verification)
2. Collection / Purchase / Send in without verification
